APS3 Service Support Officer

Allygroup is seeking a Service Support Officer to join a leading Commonwealth Government program that provides mental health and wellbeing services to veterans and their families. This is a rewarding opportunity to contribute to high-quality service delivery in a client-focused environment.

About the Role

As a Service Support Officer, you will be the first point of contact for clients and provide essential administrative and operational support to ensure smooth delivery of services. You will work within a multidisciplinary team and play a key role in supporting mental health and wellbeing programs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering high-quality customer service in person, by phone, and via email.

  • Managing client appointments and records using the Client Management System.

  • Providing administrative support for regional events, group programs, and meetings.

  • Coordinating correspondence, referrals, and service satisfaction activities.

  • Assisting with travel arrangements, invoice processing, and resource requests.

  • Supporting reporting and quality assurance processes.

What we’re looking for

  • Professional experience in business operations or service delivery within health or government environments.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work collaboratively in a team.

  • Mandatory: Ability to obtain a Working with Vulnerable People registration or Working with Children check.
