Allygroup is seeking an experienced Office Manager to support our CEO, Chairman and COO in the effective management of business operations.
This is a hands-on role covering office management, operations, human resources, IT coordination and marketing. You will be a trusted contributor who demonstrates initiative, strong organisation skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with senior leaders and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Provide executive support to the CEO and Chairman, including high-level projects and office coordination
Manage day-to-day office operations, facilities, suppliers, and service providers
Lead operational processes including governance, compliance, records and knowledge management
Support HR functions including recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, and employment contracts
Oversee corporate compliance activities, including WHS
Coordinate office logistics, travel, equipment, and asset registers
Manage marketing and internal communications, events, and branded materials
Coordinate and manage staff and client events, including social events and end-of-year functions.
Maintain websites and assist with LinkedIn and social media content
Coordinate IT, telecommunications, and new‑starter setup
Manage relationships with IT and telecommunications providers.
About You
Minimum 1-3 years of office or operations management experience required
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills
Proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented
Must have current Australian work rights at the time of application
