CPD SEMINAR WITH PROFESSOR KIM RUBENSTEIN

Citizenship: Unpacking the Legal Foundations

Professor Kim Rubenstein FAAL FASSA is one of Australia's most influential legal minds, renowned for her work in citizenship, constitutional law and democratic participation. Across a distinguished career spanning academia, legal practice, public policy and advocacy, she has helped shape national conversations about what it means to belong, participate and engage in Australian democracy.

Currently an Adjunct Professor at the University of Canberra and the University of Technology Sydney, and an Honorary Professor at the Australian National University, Kim is widely regarded as Australia's leading expert on citizenship law and its role in shaping our legal and social landscape.

Join us for an engaging Musings conversation with Professor Rubenstein as we explore the evolving concept of citizenship, its legal foundations, and its relevance in a rapidly changing world. This promises to be a thought-provoking discussion for lawyers at every stage of their careers, and as always, there will be plenty of opportunity for discussion, networking and audience questions.
