Allygroup is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from lawyers at all levels who have experience or a strong interest in commercial law and are looking for meaningful, flexible legal work opportunities.
We partner with a wide range of clients across the corporate, government, and not‑for‑profit sectors and are building a pool of talented commercial lawyers to support growing demand for high‑quality legal services. We welcome interest from lawyers open to Commonwealth or non‑Commonwealth work, and from those seeking:
Short‑term or long‑term secondments
Ongoing or project‑based placements
Flexible engagements or contract arrangements

What We’re Looking For
We are interested in hearing from lawyers with experience in one or more of the following areas:
Commercial contracting and procurement
Corporate governance and compliance
Commercial advisory and transactional support
Contract negotiation, drafting, and risk management
Regulatory and commercial frameworks affecting business operations
Advising government, corporate or industry clients (desirable but not essential)
