Allygroup is seeking an experienced Global Remuneration Analyst with an NV1 clearance to work at the Remuneration Team.
This is a EL1 labour-hire contract with an initial term of 12 months with a possibility of 2 x 12-month extensions. The position is office-based in Canberra. Please note that a hybrid working arrangement is not available for this role.
Duties
Lead annual reviews of salary and benefits for Locally Engaged Staff (LES) across global posts.
Apply actuarial and market data to determine salary adjustments, including in complex environments (e.g. hyperinflation, political instability).
Maintain and enhance a sophisticated Excel-based remuneration model, including PowerQuery connections and formula validation.
Manage procurement and integration of market remuneration data.
Ensure data accuracy, documentation, and audit readiness.
Engage with stakeholders including Heads of Missions and Senior Administration Officers.
Provide strategic advice and contribute to quality assurance and continuous improvement.
Represent the department in professional engagements and collaborate with external providers.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Extensive experience in HR, accounting, and remuneration analysis.
Advanced Excel skills, including PowerQuery and data modelling.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Australian citizenship and an active NV1 security clearance.
