Sybilla comes to Allygroup with demonstrated management experience in the not for profit sector. Outcomes driven and client focused, Sybilla consistently strives to achieve high quality results for all stakeholders and has proven strengths in business planning, development and transformation, change management, stakeholder management, project management, process improvement, training and development.

Sybilla received a Bachelor of Arts (International Relations) from the Australian National University (ANU), undertaking her final year at the University of California, Santa Barbara. Further qualifications include a Graduate Diploma in Migration Law and Practice from ANU and a Diploma of Project Management from Engineering Education Australia (EEA).

Sybilla has worked primarily in the not for profit sector for a nationwide organisation with global chapters.  In that time, Sybilla has consistently proven her competence and commitment to professional standards and practice in her various roles as an Assessor, Project Manager, Business Transformation Lead, Membership Manager and Operations Manager. Sybilla navigates her role with dedication and confidence in her ability to achieve success for her clients through superior communication skills and attention to detail.
