During her time as an attorney and foreign law advisor with top US firm, Debevoise & Plimpton, Kaye worked on multi million financings, which included: securitizations, leveraged leases and private placements, mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, due diligence investigations.
She managed large and complex closings and litigation for multinational clients including: institutional investors, investment banks, airline companies, utilities, credit enhancers, insurance companies, and commercial property investment companies.
In the 9 years Kaye was a solicitor at Freehills in Sydney, she was involved in multiple complex litigation proceedings in the areas of: insolvency, insurance, product liability, property, trade practices and Australian Stock Exchange rules and advertising. She managed large document reviews, and the creation of evidentiary and procedural databases.
Kaye acted for multinational corporate clients such as IBM, Toshiba, NZI and Industrial Bank of Japan, in areas of: corporate/commercial law, finance, M&A, intellectual property, consumer product law, property law, stamp duty and securities regulation.
